Remote Patient Monitoring

Integrates with

Telemedecine

Theoria Medical's Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program is designed to proactively monitor the vital signs of high-risk patients and seamlessly transmit findings into Theoria's proprietary electronic health record, ChartEasy™. The program offers real-time vitals updates, eliminating the additional burden to nursing staff. Based on diagnosis-specific vital ranges, any abnormalities trigger immediate alerts to  healthcare providers, allowing staff to promptly intervene, thus improving patient outcomes.

Theoria’s Remote Patient Monitoring program offers two different device options tailored to meet the needs of the facility and patient. The devices collectively monitor heart rate, respiration rate, motion, presence, and blood oxygen saturation levels.
